This problem can happened for different reasons, but here we provide a few steps to try and solve this.
1. Run a “Screen recording” to check is the local playback function is working properly or not.
* If the local recording playback doesn’t work properly, it indicates that the installation process of the software was not successfull. We recomend to reinstall the teacher side and restar the computer.
2. Check the standard graphics driver. The reason the Broadcast feature may not be working correctly is because you haven’t updated the graphics driver.
3. You can also replace the graphics card to solve this problem.
