How can I submit a ticket?

Planet TechEd has released a new platform for our prospective and current clients in order to provide better support, licenses management, ticket system, etc.

In order to be able to submit a new ticket, you will need to have an account in “My Support” platform. If you don’t have an account here are the steps to follow.

Register now:

1.Go to https://planetteched.com/login/

2.Go to Register and fill the information requested.

3. Verify your email account by clicking on the blue button in the email. Just as shown in this photo.

4. After you verify your email address you will be able to enter to your account.

New Ticket

1.Go to “New Ticket” Tab and there you will be able to register the subject, description of the problem or request, choose the department and attach a file if needed. 

 

 

View the recently submitted ticket

1. Go to “My Tickets”

2.Select the ticket you want to see and it will re-direct you to “View Ticket”

3. There you will be able to see the ticket submitted, updates, details, replies from the Planet TechEd team and post a reply of your own if needed.
