Please note that in order to be able to use this method you will need:

• You will need the serial number or extended trial
• You will need to know your licensing model (per seat, per classroom, per school)

From the teacher side

1. Create an account and click “login”

2. Select “Register Now”

3. Click “Online Update”

4. After clicking on “Online update” the next text box will appear and there you will have to enter the serial number Planet TechEd provides

For the student side

1. Right click on the student icon and in the taskbar click “about”

2. Click “Online Update” –  If you need the information on the “Offline update” you can see this knowledge base article.

3.  After clicking on “Online update” the next text box will appear and there you will have to enter the serial number Planet TechEd provides and click “Next”.
