Please note that in order to be able to use this method you will need:
- You will need the serial number or extended trial
- You will need to know your licensing model (per seat, per classroom, per school)
From the teacher side
1. Create an account and click “login”
2. Select “Register Now”
3. Click “Offline Update” – If you need the information on the “Online update” you can see this knowledge base article.
4. After clicking on “Offline update” you will see a box requiring you to input your “Authorization File”. You can get this file by submitting a ticket with your machine identifier here.
5. After putting your authorization file your machine will automatically be activated with your purchased/trial serial number.
For the student side
1. Right click on the student icon and in the taskbar click “about”
2. Click “Offline Update” – If you need the information on the “Online update” you can see this knowledge base article.
3. After clicking on “Offline update” you will see a box requiring you to input your “Authorization File”. You can get this file by submitting a ticket with your machine identifier here.
5. After putting yout authorization file your machine will automatically be activated with your purchased/trial serial number.
